I tested out some viruses with linux
« on: August 30, 2007, 11:11:30 PM »
Ok so i wanted to see what a virus will do in linux. So i went to a warez site looking for a "keygen" knowing full well it was a virus. So i got several on my desktop and scanned them with avg; yuep, they where viruses alright. So i ran them in wine (allows you to run some windows apps in linux) and the stupid virus crashed! How anti-climactic can you get!
Gotta love linux ::)
