360 Profile Corrupted :-(

I have a bit of a situation. My Gamer Profile on Xbox360 is corrupted. It now shows that my games/gamer score/ and everything else as 0. Is there any way to fix a corrupted profile? I'm not on live.

It still shows all my games as being saved, but it has set my profile back to 0.
Any help would be great!

I really don't care about the profile, I just want to be able to continue with my saved games.

Edit -- The morning I deleted the corrupted profile and made an exact replica of it, but that did not work.  Sigh.... Looks like this weekend, I'll be setting up a live account, so I can have back up of my profile if needed.


I'm really serious about throwing my 360 out the f-ing window right now... What a doop... Plus there is 4-5 game saves which are corrupted.

More than likely it's my hd going bad...

Happened to my brother and me before, but it fixed itself for some reason. I'd started to recover my profile, then forgot my password and was about to retrieve it, when I noticed the profiles weren't corrupted anymore.

Yeah, my harddrive was all f-ed up, so I saved what I could to a memory card and then I deleted and started from scratch.  I've also now signed up for live, so I'll have the account online as well.  It just sucks that now I need to completely restart my Froza 2 game over again. :-(
