keep losing internet connection

For some reason, I have lost my internet for the last 4 days .. except for a couple of minutes at night or in the early morning. My connection is bound to go down any second now haha. I have a webstar box and a linksys router.  What do you think is wrong and what should I do to fix it? Thanks for any help guys  :)

I would actually guess its your ISP.... Next time its down give them a call.

well, I gave them a call but they couldn't figure much out either.
but Im happy to say that I got my internet back! ..  turns out all I needed to do was flip the cable wire :D
