Updates for free antivirus on non-internet computer.

First of all I want to know if there is a free software program that will allow you to choose just the flash memory USB ports to scan? My next question is I want to know if it is possible to download a free antivirus onto a PC that is not connected to the net. Well I know you can download a program onto non-connected PC ,but how do you get the upadates to that commputer. I tried to download them on to the flash memory stick, but I can't seem to get the updates from the flash memory to the unconnected PC.

Any hep would be great.

I don't have much experience with free AV and I don't know if you have the same deals where you are, bt you can pick up Norton for free here after a mail in rebate. You can scan single directory's with it, but I don't know if you can bring updates over with a USB drive. Maybe someone else can chime in.

With AVG I can scan any drive, folder, or file that I want.

As for the updates, I imagine it's possible, but probably more trouble than it's worth.
