A friend of mine told me to post a HiJack This log on this forum as they are uber tech savvy
So here it is, I have alot of services running that seem to be using an abnormal amount of ram resources.
This just started to happen after I deleted some malware like, Vundo.P and some other trojans.

Hi, Welcome to xTech! Any idea who(by their forum name) it was who recommended you?
Don't mind if some parts of the forum look a little strange or off, or is difficult to read, it's all being worked on and will be fixed shortly.
I myself don't see anything bad in there, and it's not too long of a HiJackThis relative to a lot of peoples. How much RAM is being used up when you start your computer before you start any programs?

Sorry to waste your time but everything seems fine now...
For the last couple days all 7 of my svchost.exe's were between 14mb - 67mb of ram
at any given point those processes were using up approx 200-300mb of ram
but now everything is fine.
