« on: February 26, 2007, 09:15:52 PM »
got a question for you guys....building yet another pc and was just wondering if it was worth it to put in a raptor or any other higher rpm hard drive? What are the pro and cons to having such a HDD? im very tight on the budget and i dont think i would really like to put in over $150 on the HDDs, and i would like at least 200 Gb of space...thnx

don't get one... just get a 320GB drive for $75 or two of them for RAID-0... or even two 250GB drives for RAID-0 for like $100 total

If your on a budget, I wouldn't suggest it. I would defiantly go for SATA though, they are hardly more expensive, if any.
